SparkMo Auto-Renewal Service Rules
These SparkMo Auto-Renewal Service Rules (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules") are supplementary to the SparkMo Membership Service Agreement, forming an integral part thereof and constituting a unified whole. In case of any conflict between these Rules and the SparkMo Membership Service Agreement, these Rules shall prevail.
If you wish to use the SparkMo auto-renewal service, you must agree to these Rules.
You understand and agree that:
- The SparkMo Auto-Renewal Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is provided to facilitate automatic renewal of your vocabulary membership, preventing lapse due to oversight or other reasons. The specific auto-renewal billing cycle is: monthly (as provided by SparkMo).
- If you activate the Service and do not actively cancel it during the billing cycle, Apple will automatically deduct the fee for the next billing cycle from your bound Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as "Account") balance one day before the end of each billing cycle, thereby extending your vocabulary membership validity. You are responsible for monitoring your Account balance; risks/losses due to insufficient funds or account issues are your responsibility.
- You acknowledge that using Apple's payment channels subjects you to Apple's terms and rules.
- To cancel auto-renewal via IAP: Open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select SparkMo → Cancel Subscription. If not cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date, auto-renewal will occur. Note: Cancellation doesn't affect active membership periods. Fees deducted before cancellation are non-refundable.
- SparkMo reserves the right to adjust pricing. We will notify you (via in-app message, SMS, etc.) before changes. If you disagree, cancel the Service. If not cancelled, new prices apply. If cancelled within 24 hours before renewal, new prices may still apply for that cycle. Upon reactivation, current prices apply.
- SparkMo may terminate this Service at its discretion. Your membership will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
