This Policy applies to the SparkMo client (including but not limited to Android, iOS, WP versions and updated versions, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as "SparkMo APP") developed and operated by SparkMo. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using SparkMo APP; if you choose to check or click the "Agree to Privacy Policy" button, log in with a third-party platform account, or actually use the services of SparkMo APP, it will be deemed that you have fully understood and accepted this Privacy Policy.
User: Hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User", refers to any individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses, browses, or obtains services under this Policy.
Personal Information: Refers to any information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, including but not limited to the natural person's name, date of birth, ID number, personal biometric information, address, telephone number, etc.
This Privacy Policy section will help you understand the following:
(1) When you register a SparkMo APP account, you can provide us with your mobile phone number and set a password; after completing the product account registration, you can decide whether to improve your account information such as avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, personal signature, etc. If you improve the above additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience, but if you do not provide the above information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the product.
To protect your account, network, operations, and system security, prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses, during your use of this product, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristic information, your web browsing record data, network access method, telecom operator information, Wi-Fi BSSID information, device brand and model, operating system and version, device settings, device identifiers (including IMEI, IMSI, IDFA, device MAC address, Android ID [obtained in the background]), ICCID, OAID, AAID, SerialNo, device serial number), software installation list, currently running application process information. We collect this information to ensure the normal operation of SparkMo APP, provide you with problem diagnosis services, implement risk control and identify fraud, thereby protecting your account and transaction security; if you refuse to provide the above information, you may not be able to use our related products and services.
When you use the device camera to take photos to set your avatar, or upload photos/videos, we need to request access to your device camera (camera) permission, and after you choose to enable the permission, we will collect the photos and video information you upload.
You can use the microphone to achieve voice chat or recording after enabling the microphone permission. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the client.
Used to know whether the user has an incoming call when using the recording or video viewing function to avoid call content being recorded in the recording or confused with video audio. We will obtain the permission to check the call status within the scope of your authorization and consent. If you do not agree to our obtaining these permissions, it may affect your use of the recording and video viewing functions.
Write: Used to save photos taken by users to local files.
Read/Access: Access your photos, media content, and files for users to take photos.
When you file a complaint, appeal, or consultation with SparkMo APP, in order to facilitate contact with you or help you solve problems, we may need you to provide your name, mobile phone number, email, QQ number, and WeChat ID. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide feedback on complaints, appeals, or consultation results in a timely manner.
When you purchase coins, use the withdrawal function, or other value-added services in SparkMo APP, we may collect your third-party payment account, such as Alipay account, WeChat Pay account, Apple Pay account, or other forms of bank card information and real-name authentication information. If you do not agree to our collection of this information, we will not provide you with the above services, but it will not affect your use of other basic functions of the product.
We will hold online or offline marketing activities from time to time. In such marketing activities, we need users to provide identity information or delivery information so that we can provide ticket services or send gifts. If you refuse to provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with ticket services or send gifts.
When you register and log in to SparkMo APP, in order to provide you with a smoother experience, we will read the information in your clipboard, which is only used for copying and pasting verification codes.
SparkMo APP will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:

We will conduct strict security monitoring on the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) used by partners to obtain information to protect data security.
SparkMo APP attaches great importance to your attention to personal information and makes every effort to protect your rights to access, correct, and delete your personal information, so that you have full ability to protect your privacy and security. Your rights include:
When you find that we have made an error in processing your information, you have the right to ask us to make corrections or supplements. In the process of providing services, we may need you to enable some device permissions, such as notifications, photo albums, cameras, microphones, mobile phone address books, and Bluetooth access permissions. You can choose to turn off some or all permissions at any time in the [Settings] function of the device, so that SparkMo APP collects your personal information. On different devices, the display and closing methods of permissions may vary. Please refer to the instructions or guidelines of the device and system developers.
Account cancellation process: Enter the settings page, click on personal information, enter the information page, click the account cancellation button at the bottom, click confirm cancellation, SparkMo APP will immediately cancel the user account and clear all personal data.
(1) In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we will store your personal information collected and generated during operations within the territory. For personal information collected and generated overseas, we will store it in accordance with the recognized laws, regulations, international rules or practices. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide you with this App and related services and within the time limit stipulated by laws, regulations and supervision, unless required by law. After the above storage period expires, we will delete your personal identity information and transaction information or anonymize the above information.

(2) We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose stated in the policy, unless it is necessary to extend the retention period or permitted by law.
(3) The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. We strongly recommend that you use secure methods and complex passwords to help us ensure the security of your account. (4) The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will try our best to ensure or guarantee the confidentiality of any information you send to us. After the unfortunate occurrence of personal information security incidents, we will inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can take to prevent and reduce risks, and the remedial measures for you. Our products, websites and services are mainly aimed at adults. If you are a minor, we recommend that you ask your parents or guardians to read this Privacy Policy carefully and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or guardians. In the course of performing this agreement, if any dispute arises, the parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
